Do You Hate It When People Born In 1993 Claim To To Say They Grew Up In The 90s When They Were Still In Elementary When Hit The Year 2000?

They WERE growing up during part of the 90s. They were not growing very much at the age they were during that part of the 90s but we DO become a little older each day you know so they WERE definitely growing up.

I have literally never head anyone say that

But no, I don't think I'd care at all

TBH I didn't know this was a thing and now that I do I still kind of don't care.
