It's pretty cute overall, and I CLAMP's take on the magical girl genre. Personally I preferred the manga to the anime (Less filler) but I enjoyed both, especially as a kid. (But the dub is abysmal. I don't know how I managed to watch it as a child. I just wanted to rip my eardrums out on rewatch.)

I grew watching and reader Cardcaptor Sakura, and still am, so I think it’s pretty great.

Oh man! That's my childhood was definitely an interesting journey when I read it when i was younger as a manga before I saw it

It's very childish, and I had a friend recommend it to me when I was an adult, so i watched it when I was older than the target audience. But it was better than most anime aimed at that demographic.

Never seen it but I thought the Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle was okay.
