Is programming hard to learn (java, c++, Python,...)?

C++ is a bit difficult, but, you should go through a Python tutorial online starting now.

Normally, you are expected to work through exercises, but, there is nothing to stop you from just skimming through the whole thing, just to get a feeling for what it's like.

Then start again at the beginning, and, after going through a couple exercises, you can decide if you want to continue.

Programming is easy -- for programmers.  You have to find out for yourself if you are a programmer.

Not if you have a good teacher or a good source on it 

I'd say start with python on simple things like drawing then after a while move onto html
