What’s the point of leveling up in Yahoo Answers?

From Level 1 to Level 4 a user may ask and answer more questions per YA day, at each user level. Also, if still in effect, users cannot upload images or post clickable links until they have reached Level 3.  Beyond Level 4 there are no longer any benefits at all (there used to be). 

There is zero point to it........

some people have just been here a LONG time,  without being IDIOTS and getting suspended every other week. 

after years......the points add up.  They mean nothing. 

For some people it is the only thing that matters.
