What does Galatians 3:23 mean "the faith is afterwards revealed?"  After what?  What does "that faith" mean in Gal 3:25?  Faith is specific?

Update:

22 "But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that (((THE PROMISE))) [Acts 1:4-5]  by faith (((OF))) Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto (((THE FAITH))) which should (((AFTERWARDS BE REVEALED.)))

24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us (((UNTO))) Christ, that we might be (((JUSTIFIED))) [Romans 3:23] by faith.

Update 2:

25 But after (((THAT FAITH))) [Specific?] is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to (((THE PROMISE"))) (Gal 3:22-29) in Acts 1:4-5.

Update 3:

@ANON

Look at v22 saying (((THE PROMISE))) in Acts 1:4-5 then "by faith (((OF))) Jesus Christ" then it says faith "might be given to them that believe"

Now look at v23 saying "THE FAITH" as though there's a specific faith and this specific faith is "AFTERWARDS REVEALED"

V24 "Law brought us (((UNTO))) Christ"

"that we might be JUSTIFIED [Rm 3:24] by faith"

V25 "But after (((***THAT*** FAITH))) is come" as though there is a specific faith

V26 Now we are (((IN))) Christ not (((UNTO))) v24

Update 4:

V27 because we "...have been baptized (((INTO))) Christ" like I Corinthians 12:13 says "For we all have been baptized (((INTO))) One Spirit"

V28 "...for ye are all one (((IN))) Christ Jesus" because "we have all been baptized (((INTO))) One Spirit" (I Corinthians 12:13)

V29 "If ye be Christ's" or "baptized into One Spirit" then "...heirs according to (((THE PROMISE"))) in Acts 1:45; 8.

Update 5:

Consequently there is a (((SPECIFIC FAITH))) that is (((AFTERWARDS REVEALED))) (Gal 3:23)

(((AFTER))) being "baptized (((INTO))) One Spirit" (I Corinthians 12:13) and (((THAT FAITH))) (Gal 3:25) is received as a "Spiritual gift" (I Corinthians 12:9)

Which is why (((FAITH IS AFTERWARDS REVEALED))) (Gal 3:23) as a "Spiritual gift" (((AFTER))) Holy Spirit baptism (I Corinthians 12:9; 13).

Update 6:

You know why?

We (((WERE)) [Eph 2:1] "DEAD spirits" (Rm 5:12-14; I Cor 15:21-22) and "the DEAD knows nothing at all" (Ecc 9:5) therefore the "DEAD (((HAS))) NOTHING AT ALL"

UNTIL

"QUICKENED back to life" (Eph 2:1) by His ((("POWER))) that comes upon us" (Acts 1:8) with Holy Spirit baptism (Acts 1:5) when (((FAITH IS AFTERWARDS REVEALED)) (Gal 3:23) as a "Spiritual gift" received (I Cor 12:9) (((AFTER))) Holy Spirit baptism (I Cor 12:13).

People can't be saved by something they don't have.

Update 7:

@JIMMY

You talk like you're not a Christian.

Read Hebrews 6:1-3.

Faith is specific, as to the saving belief in Jesus Christ, the Lord, as opposed to attempting to keep the works of the old Mosaic Law, which never had the power to save a soul

Faith in this scripture is faith in Jesus. It says that before Jesus, we were bound by the old laws, but now we have faith in Jesus for our salvation and are no longer bound by the old laws.

Context is clear: "Is the law opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law. But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe."

"Before this faith [in the promises] came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed [shown]. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law."

It could not be put more plainly, so I won't even try.

Comparison to the old law, which held people as prisoners to it, v.23.  Striking contrast.  Law "put in charge" until it lead us to Christ, so that "we might be justified by faith", v. 24.

    ***Clearly***

the author is comparing the Mosaic Covenant to the Christian Covenant

    the "Law"

    to Faith.

There is NO reasonable alternate interpretation.

    Yes, the faith is specific.

It is ***faith that leads to salvation***

which was NOT revealed to the Jewish people by the Mosaic Law

but, rather, was revealed to them by Jesus Christ.
