will electrical energy transfer from a high frequency to a lower frequency than the other way around.?

if you excited one winding on a celing fan tomake the other generate electricity would the circuit with the most poles be the best to excite and draw the power off the other winding.

    There is a difference between frequency and power. Your question is illogical.

    It sounds like you want to make a perpetual motion machine. You can't.
