No, Communism had not been invented in those days.
Some people say that Jesus preached we should take money and goods from their owners and give them to other people, as Communism and socialism do. But he did not. He preached that we should give to others of what we have.

No. Because the Lord Jesus Christ is God, and He is returning to set up a theocracy with Himself as King. The closest modern system Jesus supports Biblically is capitalism, since the Bible protects private property, rewards those that work hard, and makes it clear that if someone won't work, neither shall they eat.

He wasn't a communist, which is an economic system, but he was a socialist. Socialism and communism are not the same thing. All countries which rate highest on the happiness index are underpinned by socialist ideas. Perhaps Christians in the USA should start following the teachings of Jesus.

It's difficult to place modern political labels onto a figure like Jesus, but based on his teachings from the gospels it's clear that he is definitely not a capitalist.
