Why don't today's Christians obey Jesus' illustration of THE WIND to be born again of the spirit with HS baptism vs than man's water baptism?

Don't you hear Jesus' last COMMANDMENT to "WAIT FOR THE PROMISE" (Acts 1:5) of "HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM" (Acts 1:5) to "RECEIVE POWER" [Acts 1:8] to become the sons of GOD" (John 1:12)?

If not, you will (((NEVER))) be a Christian nor anyone who believes as you do.
