I am confused about the lady. Please advise..?

We became friends and I helped her out by finance as and when she needed. She also traveled with me abroad, all at my expenses. However, in spite of several requests, she declined to treat me as her BF. So nothing more than a kiss or hug. Meanwhile she had a couple of relationships on. After breaking away for 5 years, she came back to me telling that she could not live without me. She had taken loan to support her business. While we met, I flirted with her to which she kept on smiling. I told her that I can still help her. Initially she sent me messages etc, but now she replies 1 out of 5 messages sent by me. Or she will reply after 2-3 days. I will meet her after 2 weeks on my return to my town. She needed my help for a job but due to covid, it is difficult. My questions is: Shall I cut off her completely, block her? What do you comment on this friendship? I will greatly appreciate your answers. JS
