Had Donald Trump won the popular vote and Joe Biden won The Electoral College vote, would Biden be an illegitimate President?

I want to hear from Biden and Clinton supporters who for the last four years, think Hillary should have been President.

Update:

Yes, I am asking a "what if" question and I admit it. I just was curious if I could get an answer to this question from people who think Hillary should have been declared the winner, without any question of election fraud.

Like it or not, many of the over 70 million people who voted for Donald Trump, including myself, question the validity of the November 3rd election results. Judges who refuse to hear the evidence because they are afraid of the truth won't change our opinion.

Update 2:

Those who wish The Electoral College  to be disbanded, also should want The United States Senate abolished. Both serve the same purpose. That purpose is to insure that highly populated areas such as New England and The West Coast don't completely control everything, making the rest of our voices meaningless.

Update 3:

Matt, without The Electoral College, California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, and maybe parts of Florida would pick every President. The election process is fairer with Th e Electoral College than without it. I don't know about you, but I really don't want only those places picking The President every time.

Update 4:

Regardless of who you supported and voted for in the last election, there is in fact more than enough evidence to warrant an honest and through investigation. We will never know how much, if any fraud occurred, because quite frankly no one has the courage, including The FBI, and The Judiciary, Federal or States to launch such an investigation. What is everyone afraid of? The Truth.

first off that's nearly impossible for a Republican, the Electoral College is more advantageous to small rural states, which makes it more advantageous to Conservatives, which makes it more advantageous to Republicans, we want to get rid of the Electoral College so everyone's votes count the same no matter where they live.

secondly, nobody in any office denied that Trump was president, they just said he was unfit to be president. there are tons of Republicans in office who are actually acting like Biden isn't president elect

Chump “win the popular vote” now that is hilarious.

Fortunately, that's not something we have to consider, since Biden won both by a LOT.

I am a Clinton supporter. But I don't think she should have been president because she lost the election fair and square. I don't buy the whole Russian conspiracy theory and, until the popular vote replaces the electoral college, it's wrong to said that Clinton was robbed from the 2016 election. Of course, I don't believe Biden is an illegitimate president just because the orange baboon refuses to concede.

Einstein honey, the Electoral College is rigged toward the conservatives. What you propose would never happen in your America today.

Yes. If Donald Trump were at all popular, that would be true.  The legitimacy of any government is derived from the consent of the governed, according to the Declaration of Independence, which is expressed by the popular vote.
