Because they don't mind social or racial warfare so long as its not fought on their own real estate. It's okay to advocate riots and burning cities so long as the tumult doesn't disturb their lily white lives. The term "Not in MY neighborhood" has a distinct white liberal stench to it.

Blue states are more segregated than red states. Nobody wants to live in Black (or Mexican) majority areas. Nobody. Not even Black people.
