Should members of Congress be allowed to be dual citizens?

In our Congress, right now, we have dozens of members who are dual citizens of both the US and Israel.  Doesn't this create a conflict of interests?  How can they be fully representing you, as Americans, while holding citizenship to a foreign nation, ally or not?

Update:

I could actually name 30 but for security reasons, I won't.
