how do I get my ex back if she is scared to catch feelings again ?

my ex-girlfriend dumped me about a month ago because i was constantly worried about what others thought of me and some minor issues that just made her lose feelings. We’ve kept in contact tho, and actually met up yesterday for a quick chat outside. While she wouldn’t mind hanging out with me, she said she doesn’t want to because she’s scared that she’ll catch feelings, as she was once extremely obsessed with me. It also is clear that she is still attracted to me and enjoys my company as we have really good chemistry. I just want to show her that I’ve changed not only for myself but for her. We had a rough couple of months due to me neglecting her for a while due to covid getting me down and weight gain, so I became a mess and have been trying to better myself. Is there anything I can do to win her back ?

Well, the worst thing you could do is try to convince her with words. Just show her your changes through your hanging out. If you've really changed, she'll notice it. You need to learn to play it cool. Have a take it or leave it attitude with her and she'll become attached again. When you chase something, it's usually running away, so don't try too hard or it will just chase her away. If you try too hard she'll see your desperate and have no other options, and women hate a man with no options. Show her your changes by your willingness to hang out as friends, on her schedule. don't bug her all the time do so, just leave the offer up in the air. If you try too hard, she'll know you're just desperate to be complacent with her again.
