Why Daily Mail TV was never aired in UK, but USA does despite Daily Mail is a British newspaper?

I can't believe Turkey, Taiwan and USA has a tabloid tv shows including news reports about car crash and murder news, but not most EU one?

    Maybe the UK and EU have free speech issues.  As for Turkey, the news in it is mostly not about Turkey, which may make it acceptable.  

    I'm just making an educated guess, I could be wrong.

    Daily Mail is under close scrutiny. They supported the Nazis in the 1930’s and they are sued constantly for racist remarks. The U.K. doesn’t tolerate it.
