Anybody notice during Impeachment Reps said Congress can't decide, let voters decide. Now it's  Don't let voters decide let Congress decide?

    Sort of like not considering a nomination for justice of SCOTUS because it was "only" 8 months to the election and later approving one a few days before the election.
