Will Pence steal the election for Trump or will he obey the constitution  and just count the votes?

Looks like Trump got cut by the back edge of the double edge sword he’s been courting, the religious right (he doesn’t have a religious bone in his whole fat body). Pence put his religious beliefs first, he remembered he swore to God that it was his duty to uphold the Constitution. That doesn’t excuse him for the last four years though and I wouldn’t want to be him on judgment day if there is one. He will be forever associated with

 Trump, now and in the afterlife. And yes I believe there is one, just not the one that you think.  

If the job was to "just count the votes" they would not have detailed the Vice President to do it. The office intern could do it.

Even if he did have the power to keep Trump in, he would not.  He will be loyal to the constitution and save his reputation.  Republicans, for the most part, probably don't want Trump in with them.  They'll suffer the loss and take the next four years getting someone else ready as a candidate and try for the Senate again next time.

You must not know what ministerial is. Look it up. If a VP could, we would not have a U.S. today nor elections. There is nothing he can do except for authorize a limited debate. 

He's doing both.

Pence will do the right thing.

There is nothing Pence can do. He has no authority or power to change the result of the election. How can we claim to be a democracy if the sitting VP gets to choose the next President?

Pence doesn't have the authority to overturn the electoral college. That's a crazy fever swamp delusion of Trump and other feeble minded losers.
