How many counts of "FELONY MURDER" are the Capitol Building invaders going to get?

From what I see on the American cop shows, if ANYBODY dies during the commission of a felony, EVEN IF IT'S ONE OF THE BAD GUYS!), everybody involved, including just the getaway driver, gets charged with felony murder.

A policeman died, as did some other people. So, felony murder for every intruder?

AND, fun fact: The law MAKING it a felony to damage federal property was signed by their Dear Leader, just this summer.

Zero. The felony murder rule, which isn't actually a law, isn't recognized at the Federal level.

Three died of medical conditions, they chose to be there

One protester was shot as she attempted to enter-No charges there

One officer killed, that is murder

Only 1 charge will be filed for the murder of the capital police officer when they locate the suspect or suspects directly involved in that killing, so there could be multiple charges but all related to the killed police officer

What you see on TV may not be exactly right.  It's not "everyone involved".  It's only those who conspired to commit a felony.  If if a conspiracy can be proven, and I'm not sure of that, anyone who was only aware that there would be protesting, marching, and possibly misdemeanor trespassing, would not be guilty of felony murder.  And proving who conspired to damage property could be difficult.
