Is it possible trump gets impeached the day before Biden gets sworn in?

    What a sick nation we have.  Why not let the President go peacefully?  Why must Congress riot with impeachment?

    As long as articles of impeachment are voted on while Trump is still in office, he can be tried and convicted of crimes after leaving office.  BTW, technically, the word "impeached" means the articles of impeachment are passed via vote.  Conviction happens AFTER impeachment.

    Trump is going to be impeached TODAY. It is possible the Senate MIGHT convict him BEFORE Biden is sworn in.
