Does lifting heavy weights with high intensity work for increasing stamina, without ever doing any cardio?

    Yes and No. Besides you have asked this similar before. suggest instead of always asking why not do some research and experimenting.

    Each person a little different.

    Besides the only way lifting is cardio efficient is when you do ballistic exercises such as kettlebell swing. That is strength an pure cardio.

    Try that system.

    YEs, just not that much in the way of cardiovascular stamina.

    No it doesn't.

    If you only lift weights then run after 3 months you'll feel it quick.
