can any uv light become dangerous on someone skin or eyes or they immune system?

Because local stores like walmart and target are selling those cleaning uv cell phone sanitizer that remove bacteria from anything and I am wondering how much uv light is good for your skins or your eyes or immune system. I know the uv cell phone sanitizer will only clean the stuff you put under the uv lights.
