How can you tell which uv lights or uv products have Type c uv lighting?

you ask the manufacturer for full specifications on the lights and look at the frequency spectrum to see the percentage of UVC.
You can't tell by looking at them.
Alternative is to get the proper test equipment and measure each one, tho that could be expensive.
