I was doing my financing at a dealership and they said they would call back by Friday morning and haven’t hear anything. Called left message and still nothing.

You could always go by the dealership in person.

Chances are they haven't found anything for you - otherwise they would be jumping at the chance of selling you a car.

The fact that you were asking them for help financing it means you probably didn't try to bargain with them at all.

My guess is you didn't qualify for the purchase. That's the only reason they might ignore you. I suggest going to another dealer.

They will call you the minute the financing is approved.
