Just FOUND it in my death father save account at the bank. My dad never have a save box, i don't know what the hell is that.
The old man had a house with some old lady, she claims the house and we don't say nothing but the Basement is full of schits and rats, probably the save is down there but we got no access to the house anymore, damn it.

It's the combination for a lock. It means turn counterclockwise (left) 3 times, stopping at the "6"; then turn clockwise (right) 4 times, stopping at the "28"; and finally turn counterclockwise (left) 3 times, stopping at the "86".
Now, you just have to find the lock.
