If the Constitution is abolished will the 50 individual states again be completely sovereign as before the Articles of Confederation?

Update:

Yes there were only 13 ex-colonies before the Articles and if the Constitution goes there will be  50 ex-American states.

    Luckily that isn't going to happen anytime soon. As much as you might wish for the destruction of The United States that simply isn't going to happen.

    Yes & Texas will automatically  become an independent republic again.
