Do you poop blood often ?

I've had blood issues for most of my life. Have you gotten used to it ? Hemorrhoid's, fissure, I was told I have both. But it's weird when you poop and there is blood.  20 min later take another poop, and no blood.

Blood in the digestion system(defecation)is black, tarry-like that resembles coffee grounds. Take a handheld mirror  and look at your anus closely. Dry stools can cut the anus (fissures)and bleed. Blood clots from unrecognized bowel movements can open when you wipe and red blood not black blood you see. Hemorrhoids are veins that leak and can add blood to your stools and on tissue. Gastroenterologists are digestion experts who can treat hemorrhoids if external by circling rubber bands around the hemorrhoid that will starve the mother until the hemorrhoid dries up. Also call a doctor's office and inquire whether doctors treat hemorrhoids. Many doctors do not treat hemorrhoids.
