Unlikely you will get anything serious, maybe a little discomfort such as a sore stomach and/or vomiting and or diarrhoea, so maybe an uncomfortable time in the bathroom, but nothing worse.

You do realize that cheese is a mould in the first place, right?

Probably not, but there's a chance you will.

Cheese doesn't “expire”. I guess you mean it was past its best before or use by date.

If the cheese was contaminated with bacteria that causes food poisoning there's a good chance you'll get food poisoning. Otherwise you won't.

You don't get food poisoning just from eating old food.

CAll poison Control and ask them. If you purposefully ate a chunk of cheese that tasted off and was squishy, you deserve what you get.

what makes you think it was expired?? there are NO expiration dates on any foods in the US except on baby food and formula...any other is a best if used by or sell by date and have nothing to do with spoilage...Also, what makes you think you would be dumb enough to actually eat a moldy slimy mushy bit of cheese? Wait, are you saying your baby bell looked fine? then it was fine. relax.
