My skin isn’t getting any better I’ve washed it every night and when I take a shower but my result isn’t changing, I also but this cream for my acne but people say my face looks really dry but actually doesn’t feel like it. I also have these spots on my face and they’re the color of my skin but darker. Tips would be very helpful Ty❤️

Talk to a dermatologist! It can be very hard to determine your acne treatment without professional consultation.

1- Diet can play a role. If certain foods tend to aggravate your acne (fat, grease, butter, etc.) stay away from them.
2- Continue washing your face to create a healthy environment for you skin. Try using a face mask at least once weekly and moisturize your face.
3- Make sure your razor is clean (if you shave often).
4- If things aren't improving, meet with your doctor. I had bad acne growing up and took a medication called Accutane for about a year. It cleared me up completely, it was like a miracle. Only side effect was really dry skin/lips but it was manageable with lip balm and staying well hydrated. I would do it again.
