What would you do if you were at a park playground and you saw a 23 year old guy playing there like a kid?

My answer: I'd let him be (as long as he's not hurting anybody).

    I still played on the swings and monkey bars until my arthritis made it a bit difficult to  do so for very long. I am 64 years old and still play

    Nothing. I'd assume it was a sibling, cousin, babysitter, whatever. Like you said, if I don't see any harm, anything shady, let them be.
