lip filler lumps that won’t go?

I’ve had my lip fillers just over a year and my lumps still aren’t gone, sorry not brushed my teeth yet 😭😂 but when I first had them done I noticed one side was bigger than the other and the lady said it was fine, went back 2 months after she said wait another month and they were still there and she ended up just giving me my money back rather than fix them, so now it’s been a year+ and don’t know what to do or where to go, I’ve heard girls having hyalurondase to remove the filler but still have lumps, I’ve tried massaging etc but they don’t change I don’t want to go docs at the minute because of COVID and I have too much to sort out with my doc so don’t want to keep piling on more when they’re barely coping. I am planning on having more (not by same person) so could they fill between the lumps or will I have to remove them x
