If one carries their weight on their thighs is there a blockage somewhere?

No, it's just where their body stores more fat than other areas. Some people carry most of their excess fat around their midsection, some carry it lower (especially women). Mine is usually thighs and buttocks (even when I was a size 22 I had a slightly defined waist). A blockage would pertain to blood flow, not fat storage.

LOL no. Where you put on weight is genetic (often sex related--women's goes to thighs/butt/breasts).

of course not. there are no "blockages" in tissues. Its generally genetic where people carry most of their weight, can be in a number of spots.

Nope, could be but it is not the general rule. Some carry their weight in their bellies, some in their ***, some in their legs. some it seems, as a layer over everything.
