What's "Anglo culture"? Fewer than three of every ten Americans holds a valid passport. You people really don't have a clue when it comes to the rest of the world. Just because the Irish and New Zealanders speak English, that doesn't mean that they share a common culture. The United States had been an independent country for 60 years before the Victorian Era even began, and it's been over for 120 years now. A lot has changed since then. Please keep everyone posted on how your application to immigrate to Belgium is going.
