Is there a limit to how strong you can become naturally? Do heavy lifting take a toll on your body like it did to Ronnie Coleman?

In his prime, he was perhaps the most grounded individual to walk the planet. A few people say that muscle heads aren't solid, however normally strength and size practically go inseparably.

He claimed a 12 plate (540lb/245kg) T-bar corner line for 10 reps. Once more, full scope of movement, cheated yet controlled. 200lb (90kg) slant hand weight press for 7 controlled reps. He did this on the level for 12 reps, once more, smooth and controlled.

Twisted around column, 495lb (225kg) for 8 to some degree cheated however controlled and full scope of movement reps. He's truly twisted around, none of that shrugging BS. His scapula is opening at the base and he's going underneath the knees-a hard method to push.

800lb (363kg) deadlift for 2 reps. His 1 rep max was allegedly 900lbs (409kg), which bodes well, as this 800x2 was before a challenge, when you are by and large most vulnerable. He began his profession as a powerlifter.

I question he'd all out under 2,200lbs crude in his prime-850lb deadlift, 775lb squat, 575lb seat is undeniably conceivable, and he'd probably be above and beyond 2,300lbs on an ideal day.

Here are the record-breaking world records in the 308 and Superheavyweight classes-he'd be in any event serious in both of them.

The 308 would be him close to challenge shape, the SHW would permit him to build up a piece and go after 900/850/650. I don't see him breaking either record, yet I'll let it out absolutely would be conceivable.
