Are water with squeezed lemon and freshly squeezed orange juice natural energy drinks? ?

    Citrus juices are high in simple carbohydrates and simple carbs can give you a quick energy boost. I like 1 part orange juice in 2 parts water. It's weird at first when you're expecting something richer, but then it becomes a light refreshing beverage. Serve it like lemonade.

    No, not at all. That's not going to give you “energy”. Obviously water is essential to health and vitamin C is good for you, although I certainly wouldn't want to be drinking lemon juice unless it was diluted so much that it had no effect.

    I don't know. But be careful with all that acid washing through your mouth. I worked with someone who lost a lot of teeth by sipping lemon water throughout the day.
