why has the price of Gasoline surged by 50 cents a gallon since Biden became President?

Biden knows CNN won’t connect the dots for his Sheep between his threats to the Oil Industry and the prices going straight up

To protect the planet from excessive carbon use.     It should have been at least twice that

The price was just as high this time last year. Why was that? Could it be seasonal because the demand for oil products rises in the colder months?

It's up 5 cents where I live, as is typical in the winter.  Where is it up 50 cents?  Sounds like something you made up 

Halting the Keystone XL pipeline, and a moratorium on leasing federal lands to oil exploration will do it every time.  Dems want us under the thumb of Middle-eastern countries who hate us.    

a) winter shutdown for maintenance of refineries, b) increases in economic activity leading to more driving and thus higher demand
