Do I have diabetes or something else? ?

Lately I have been getting hungrier even after I eat. I have been more fatigued but that may be due to my really bad sleeping schedule. I have also been getting warm sensations in my feet and thigh areas. When I pee it’s usually a light yellow to clear ish even when I don’t drink water. I’m not feeling thirsty. Just hungrier.  My legs feet or ankle is not swollen. I do drink a lot of alcohol. I took a blood test just awaiting results but figured I’d ask. I mentioned the warm sensations to my dr but she directly asked if my legs were swollen and they are not.

Light yellow or clearish urine is just a sign that you are not dehydrated.  You DO NOT need to drink water to stay hydrated.  You just need to have enough fluids in your diet.  It does not have to be water.  (water is best and healthiest,  but your body can hydrate with other drinks.)

Fatigue can be because of sleeping habits or even stress.  It can also be because of low blood iron.

Feeling hungrier can also be related to stress - you might be stress eating - you feel hungry - but it is just stress.

The issues that happen to diabetics in the feet takes YEARS to develop.  Whatever is happening in your feet is not related to diabetes even if you do turn out to be diabetic.  Drinking alcohol may be part of your problem.

I would doubt that you have diabetes.  It is going to more likely be something else.

Regular alcohol and/or added sugars consumption are the CHEIF causes of diabetes II.

You are not describing symptoms of diabetes at all.  It's something else.

Probably not diabetes since the two most important "symptoms" are frequent urination and increased thirst, which you didn't report.

You could be diabetes or pre-diabetic. You could have insulin resistance or other metabolic issues.  You probably are undernourished because you aren't eating a nutrient-dense, low-carb diet.  You could have fatty liver or any number of other issues connected to alcohol abuse.

I will preface this by saying I’m not a health expert, but I’ve done a lit of reading and self experimentation the padt  few years.

There are a number of things that can drive hunger, cravings, satiety and energy.  I’m convinced eating too many processed foods is a big problem for many.  In my opinion, a low fat, but high processed food diet isn’t the answer.  I’ve had great success drastically lowering processed carbs.  A more difficult thing to identify are individual things like food sensitivities, stress caused by work or personal life, etc.
