Jesus didn't state "he" created anything. You apparently have never read the books.

Jesus is the true messenger of GOD , send down for the Israelites during his era , to call them all to believe in the one true GOD , the Lord of all the worlds, nothing more and nothing less.

Two.  My theory is that the abnormalities have been caused by sin - possibly pollutants we humans  put in the food, water and air over the centuries.  The earliest evidence of this that I can think of may be  the situation in Sodom and Gomorrah.  I think the only pollutant around at that time was wine/alcohol.  Alcoholism back in the gene pool somewhere may have something to do with what's  going on today.
