For everything there is a cause and effect.
If you do not plow the driveway the car might get stuck and then the guy who gets hired to plow it will have a job but if the snow does not fall then they guy who plows might have to eat beans. In the mirror of that not happening then the car would maybe gotten in an accident then the auto-body man got to go out for a gourmet meal. Funny do not feel hungry and just want to be creative. Who knows maybe it is the decaf that is not making me angry like the one with caffeine did.. Sure there was a sweet guy here to cuddle with and maybe paint a picture with someone or we do our own and see when it matches.

Nothing in the universe exists without an origin, that is, without coming into existence. And, no event in the universe happens without a pre-existing cause. Since the universe is the sum total of all natural things, it is obvious that the cause of the origin of the universe could not have been natural. Which is one of several ways we know that this event had a supernatural cause, namely God.

Scientifically speaking, what do you mean by "spiritually speaking?"
Unspiritually speaking, the appearance and disappearance of virtual particles is uncaused.

This is often asked in connection with the origin of the universe.
Amazingly, the atheist philosopher, Dr. Quentin Smith, had no problem saying, “The most reasonable belief is that we came from nothing, by nothing, and for nothing” (Theism, Atheism, and Big Bang Cosmology).
But, as Dr. Jonathan Sarfati has said, “Theories that the Universe is a quantum fluctuation must presuppose that there was something to fluctuate—their ‘quantum vacuum’ is a lot of matter-antimatter potential—not ‘nothing’” (If God Created The Universe, Then Who Created God?).
A quantum field or quantum vacuum isn’t “nothing”—it is something in need of explanation; you have to explain the existence of the quantum field. And the thing is, quantum fluctuations occur WITHIN the universe and certainly don’t explain the origin of the universe.
Physicist Dr. James McCaughan commenting on a colleague’s book said, “There is no physics of how the universe came into existence, no tunnelling from nothing; it remains a mystery. The price some physicists are prepared to pay not to accept this fact is, on the evidence presented, intellectual vandalism” (Of Paul Davies and the Mind of God).
The point is, if you are going to argue that the universe was caused by a quantum fluctuation, a black hole, a multiverse, etc., then the causation problem just shifts to the quantum field or the black hole or the multiverse. Where did it come from?

SMILING .....no definition supplied for SPIRITUALLY speaking .... and the question provided no SUPPORTING EVIDENCE for SPIRITS ... to validate the proposition ...
. as to word use CAUSED for PEOPLE to
1a- provide a REASON for a action or condition motive
b. PEOPLE present a explanation of what brings about an EFFECT or a result.....
. example to investigate the CAUSE of the accident ...
. PEOPLE have NOT investigated to date the many "THINGS " in the universe Merriam Webster presents the word use of spiritual as effecting the SPIRIT , relating to SACRED matters , concerned with religious values , related to to promotion of SUPERNATURAL a mind set conditioning , association or teachings and emotions
the problem is many most GOD promoting religion want it both ways that X( universe ) has a CAUSE .. but their GOD does not
THANK you for a inquiry of INFORMATION

'Cause and effect' breaks down (and even disappears entirely) at the quantum level.
Scientists have used photonic quantum switches (gate mechanisms built from a single atom, that can be turned on and off by using a single photon) to demonstrate that two possible operations – dubbed A and B – can exist in a superposition of their two possible orders. By changing the polarisation of the photons, the scientists were able to demonstrate that one did not need to precede the other. In essence, the two operations could happen in any sequence – a condition known as “indefinite causal order”.

God is the only uncaused cause.
