Is the fact that blacks have re-introduced slavery and slave markets in Africa TODAY taught in government child indoctrination centres?

I just like we as a people are all lumped in one group of "black" and in one month.

    An appeasement.

What are we learning about black people the rest of the months......🤔

Our history is vast and diverse. And it's man, world, WHATEVER "Hisstory"... 👁️

Just look at how European aka "white" Hisstory is taught for a contrast.

If it's pertinent to that particular history course being taught in that public school.

But, unless you're attending some kind of agricultural school and taking a course on fabaceaen crop cultivation, then I don't know when learning who did or did not invent peanut butter is ever relevant.

That is the point of Black History month. All public schools incorporate information about the history of Black people in the US, as well as the current issues (especially at the high school level).

It depends on the high school.

In high school, black history was a required course.

I asked when Irish History was to be offered, as I wanted to learn about MY ancestors.

    It was never offered.
