The daughter should be a protagonist in the next video game before she works in the next version of the anime!!!!!!!!

Serena's daughter will only be a protagonist in the next anime if she is the protagonist in the next Pokemon game. Which she will not be. So no, Serena's daughter will not be a protagonist in the next Pokemon anime series. Every Pokemon game has never used characters from the old Pokemon games. That's why Ash leaves his old friends behind and meets new friends every adventure.
