Why haven't we gotten rid of Section 230 yet!? Its a terrible law?
I hate that everyone can just say whatever they want on the internet. We should be more like China and have every single post moderated or the website gets shut down by the government. ...what? You mean we can't say whatever we want on the internet? You mean there's already laws against misinformation and the other stuff that's bothering us? Whats a libel? Is it like a Bible?

The existence or non-existence of Section 230 is irrelevant [redundant]. The protection comes to internet platforms from the U.S. Constitution.

Trump could have done Section 230 reform via an executive order. Getting rid of it is stupid and Biden proposed the same thing. If the left is advocating for something, you know it's wrong, but when both are something is wrong.
