How long does erectile dysfunction last?
I haven't been able to get hard, and it's been several months. It's pretty embarassing as I was recently with the woman of my dreams and couldn't perform. It was just soft and she was so hot. She was really sad and embarassed. I left without a word. Still haven't answered her texts or calls. I want to kill myself right now. I can't get hard anymore, nothing turns me on. Am I permanently screwed? I want sex so much even if my body is unwilling to get hard...wtf....

I regret it, I really pity you, it should be very bad to want to make the sex to your even one and not be able, I have never had erectile disfunction, but when it was very young it happened to me something similar, I went to have sexual relationships with a woman of more age that me, and my penis didn't respond, the anxiety restrains. Some days later I attempted it again and then if I could make the sex to the woman. Fortunately that didn't happen again.

When that happens to me,it is very upsetting too. It,s brought on by anxiety and fear of failure.Discussing the situation with the female is a big help, she can be patient enough to let nature take it's course.Just relax and enjoy feeling her up,soon things start working properly.

Erectile dysfunction is usually a long-term thing. But it depends on what caused it. Sometimes certain medications or even lifestyle habits can cause it. Keep in mind that a lot of men as they age start to experience erectile dysfunction, and it's usually always a permanent situation. There is Treatment available to help you get an erection, but you will likely always need help for it.

Anything from a once only occurrence to the rest of your life.
It depends on the cause and any treatment that may be needed.
Yours sounds like performance anxiety.
An understanding partner and a commitment to intimacy without intercourse for a period of time generally works.
