What does my Dream mean if I remember that so vividly?

last night I had this weird dream, I was applying for this job at this big warehouse style store like a BJ’s or Costco, and i got hired by this young female manager, and then during our orientation ceremony, 

While all the new employees, Our new female supervisor, was giving a speech about our duties and the company policies, and then all of a sudden,  this big earthquake  hit the store, and this big cavern formed in the middle of the store, and everything just fell into the earth destroying the store , and what I remember was A whole bunch of people died, but when everyone, all the new and current  employees and customers woke up from being unconscious, we developed a plan to get back to the surface and out of the wreckage,And the woman who was supposed to be my supervisor, who is the one who orchestrated this whole plan, even though we all knew it was a dangerous idea. As a result most of us died but a few of us survived and got out of the wreckage. What Angers me the most about this dream, Is that the woman who is my boss in the dream, survived, and she was with us as we were all celebrating our survival through this horrible disaster that killed so many people. i’ve been unemployed for a few months, and looking for a job and been denied several, could this dream have Something to do with all of us. Especially since I was laid off from my last job
