Ordinary K, I suppose.
Is this just for eating for breakfast? Look for something with a similar serving size and calorie count.
Special K, 1 cup, 134 calories
Corn Flakes, 1 cup, 100 calories
Wheaties, 1 cup, 130 calories
One thing to look out for when you compare cereals is serving size. They all seem to have about the same calories, but when you compare the same portion, it can be wildly different. Some call a serving 3/4 cup, some only 1/2 cup.
