Weird symptom help?

      (19 y/0 F) I’ve been having these weird dizzy spells the past couple of months. Everything starts feeling in slow motion, my heart feels fast, everything sounds muffled and I feel super super light headed. I’ve noticed things like exercising and thc make it worse. I have to sit down and it lasts a few seconds to an hour. I’ve also had a lot of unexplained bruising and hair loss ( I’ve also lost weight tho so that’s probs what that’s from ) . I’m slightly anemic and have good blood sugar so what can be causing this and how do i fix it. It’s getting super annoying and embarrassing .
