What's causing my Nosebleeds in the morning?

Question

- All windows are closed (Only cold air coming is from my front door right across from my bedroom door which is usually mid-open) 
- My humidifier is always before I sleep (warm/cool mist that shouldn't matter right)
- An humidity meter is place in bedroom & it was 30c. % outside was -10c.
- No heater on.
- Men usually sleep with boxers on so if I'm too old cold when I wake up is that causing it?
- I have several pillows/blankets that are meant for the winter months they keep you nice and warm.
Outside of my bedroom I have 4 other water basins out.
- Is taking anti-acids pills and Naproxen causing it? (didn't take any last night didn't need too)
- not enough fluids? (I usually drink water before bed and leave it by bed)

That's bcuz you're breathing dry, heated air all night. The tissues in your sinus cavities dry out and that makes tiny capillaries break & leak blood. Other than a humidifier, there's not much you can or need to do. It's not a genuine nosebleed, just a minor inconvenience.

Your room is too warm. The veins in your nose dry through the night and crack if they are weak.
Put a little Vaseline up each nostril at bedtime. A moist nose will not bleed.
Boxers?
Water basins? Are they supposed to cause nose bleeds?

Could be a tiny broken vessel in your nose. I've had similar problems. I try to keep my nostrils moist. If it continues go see an ENT doctor.
