Should the UN continue to allow America's internal culture wars and populace disenfranchisement to continue without economic sanctions?

Yeah, and the Capitol rioters are dissidents and political prisoners. 

It's also funded by the European Union, all of the NATO countries..

The Commonwealth of Nations..

And Russia, China and India.

Most on this list are the only societies where the people are really wealthy enough to buy major American exports.

And the EU is richer than the USA.

And if you think they all don't matter,

Trump thought China don't matter too.

P.S. If your existence doesn't matter to foreign powers, what makes you think the Capitol Hill rioters do ?

It's not the job of other countries to enforce your laws.

The World Health Organization, a UN agency did a lot better than America did, with No funding or membership from the USA.
