May be your brain knows a little physiology. If your penis were the size of a Komodo Dragon (forgetting all the other problems that would give you) you have insufficient blood volume and could not generate sufficient blood pressure to get that erect.
With regards to dreams in general they are meaningless. They tell you nothing and they predict nothing. Anyone who tells you they can interpret your dreams is lying to you. Anyone charging to do it is conning you.

You suspect you have herpes and you don't want to pass that on to your girlfriend.
Dreams are symbolic. Your mind has associated "herpes" with "herpetology" -- and herpetology is where the komodo dragon is coming from.
Call your primary care physician's office and get an appointment for testing for your STI condition(s).
