Is God white?
When I think of God or Jesus Christ, I can't imagine him being any other color. When I think about God, I see a white, wise, heavily bearded man & when I think of Christ, I see a very handsome, dark haired Caucasian man with blue eyes.

He's Jewish as others say. Don't know about white. You visualizing what they are is accurate just to white men in your image at what you've been told. Of course you can describe a white men as handsome with brown hair and blue eyes and old man as bearded and wise as white but doesn't mean they look like that. Also listening to the fact that whites seem the same.

That's because the Western depiction you're constantly being shown is a white-washed version that comes from a long tradition of Euro-centrism. Historically, it is common for people to portray God, and major religious figures, in the race and culture they identify as. In ancient Greek artwork, Jesus is depicted like Apollo, having short, curly blond hair, and blue eyes. In Asia, you'll find depictions of Jesus having Oriental features. In Ethiopia, Christ is portrayed having African features.
In ancient times people didn't obsess over racial and ethnic origins like we do today. If you traveled back in time a thousand year to India, and made the Paul Bunyan story popular, they'd most likely depict him as Indian. Skin color was just a way of describing the appearance of people who looked different from you. Native Americans called whites "pale face", and whites called the native "redskins".

Don't know, don't care. He could be coal black or pea green for all I care. He once overwhelmed me with his indescribable love.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ resembled King Hezekiah! According to the artwork of the ancient Church King Hezekiah was red he was a red man! So Jesus wasn't dark he quite likely had red skin like an American Indian. With dark brown hair and blue green eyes

The Lord Jesus Christ is God, and He came into the world Jewish. Here is what you need to believe: The Lord Jesus Christ is God, and He loves you. Believing in the Lord Jesus Christ means being forgiven all sins past and future, and means going to heaven and not hell. Death leads to immediate heaven or hell, and it is too late to be saved, after death. All believers still sin. See 1 John 1:8. To be in heaven and not hell, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God and who died on the cross and shed His blood to pay for all of our sins in full, and who was buried, and who resurrected from the dead. The only way to avoid hell is by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, without adding any of your own works. See Romans 4:5, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, and John 3:16.

"...when I think of Christ, I see a very handsome, dark haired Caucasian man with blue eyes."
Sounds like a typical Middle Eastern Jew to me.
