negative effects from majority liquid intake?
What negative effects occur when i do a small food intake that contains little of the important nutrients my body needs for the day and fill the majority of the space left with a liquid intake such as milk? I do that alot and i worry if that is a really bad balance for my body.

Your body needs proper nutrition, when you don't fuel it properly it will not function properly. You will get seriously ill continuing this limiting, liquid diet. It will eventually cause all sorts of metabolic problems, as well as cardiac issues, and possible organ failure at some point. See a doctor or nutritionist to get back to a normal diet. This is especially urgent if you are young.
