People are just blocking me??

Why is it that every time I make a new Facebook account I find someone on Facebook or messenger from the contacts or suggestions lists and find out they block me, when I go to messenger to view the person I see this, so I know they blocked me, I didn’t even search him up, he’s just in my contacts, “This person is unavailable on Messenger”. Is there a way I can get this person to stop blocking me, I don’t even contact them and it’s the same person that blocks me. I can find him in messenger but I don’t see why someone is always blocking me. He knows I hate it because I don’t even bother him, it just annoys me like do you even have to do that? See this is why I make new Facebook accounts and I don’t contact people once they blocked me.
